Constipation

  1. Fruit start with Letter P: prunes, pear, peaches, (sour apples), pineapples, and plums

  2. Magnesium Citrate: 200-400 mg a day

  3. Hydration: increase water to half weight in ounces, add lemon water in the mornings

  4. Food sensitivities: IgG Food Sensitivities

  5. Motility massage with castor oil 

  6. Flaxseed Oil: 1 Tablespoon

  7. Consume Fiber: flaxseeds, chia seeds, nuts, psyllium husk, dried fruit, apples, lentils and beans
